    Cable Support Straps

    Hello,

    I would be grateful for information on the subject of cable support straps for a 1970 Porsche 911T that I am restoring.

    I have purchased two 80mm handbrake cable straps from Porsche that are listed in the official parts catalog but it appears that other straps are used for other cables in the car. For example, Sierra Madre sells straps of lengths 260, 240, 220 and 165mm, some of which are listed with Porsche part numbers and for model years '65-'89.

    Here are my questions:
    1. where are the other straps located and for what cables?

    2. where are the attachment points for the handbrake cable straps? My car has one single tab with a hole through, similar to one side
    of a hose-wrap tab set, on the driver's side of the engine bay but none on the passenger side.
