FS: Restored 65 420MM VDM Wood Steering Wheel - Aluminum - rare and beautiful

    Price reduced to $5600

Listing for a friend who is not online here. He has a 65 Aluminum wheel that he bought from Mario and Thomas "Van Kessel" ("Van Kessel Porsche) in the Netherlands some 5 years ago. It was in dire need of restoration, but he had a 65 Project on the back burners. In addition, he sourced a period correct butterfly horn assembly on eBay in beautiful condition (the leather is over 50 years old and looks/feels amazing!!). Bruce Crawford of "Hardwood Classics" (N. Calif USA) did a complete restoration on the wheel. This 420 mm VDM aluminum "65" Wheel is a fine Deluxe Concours Example. Ser # 3510- it seems as to stamp. My friend's 65 project sold "as is"- and the wheel wasn't finished then - so he kept it till now. Asking $6500.00 USD including carrying/protective Satchel. Please contact him directly at ilytyou@yahoo.com or (323) 271-8859

Bump for further price reduction. I have not seen another steering wheel like this in years. If price is out of line, please show me and I'll discuss with the seller.
