    FS: 911/993/996/Turbo/Boxster/Cayenne DME/E-throttle/OBD II manual

    911/993/996/Turbo/Boxster/Cayenne DME/E-throttle/OBD II manual 180 pages
This is a factory service school item, Engine Management Systems, it starts off with what are the four strokes, how do you get air to flow through the engine, and how do you ignite it, starting off with a distributor and coil. It has 26 pages of fuel system basics, then three of "fuel trim and adaptive mixture control".

From there it covers DME systems, through 2005. If you want to be a Porsche DME/Ignition master, here you go. It tells how everything works, why, and where it is. Charts, photos, illustrations are all in abundance.

There are seven chapters, Chapter 1 is one page, saying what car has what DME. Chapter 2 is Engine System Basics, 30 pages. Chapter 3 System Descriptions Up To DME 5.2.2, 57 pages. Chapter 4 E-Throttle, 8 pages. Chapter 5 System Descriptions E-Throttle, 54 pages. Chapter 6 Special Control Systems, 114 pages, and finally Chapter 7, OBD II, 24 pages. That should add up to 180 pages.
