    oops

My friend's body guy got a bit too active and removed the close out panel between the smugglers box and the passenger footwell on his 1970. I looked online and can't find a replacement panel. Any ideas if anyone makes a repo panel?

Is it too late to rescue the panel out of the scrap bin and put it back? You may need it as a pattern at least.

Try Eric Linden. I think he let his son take over the sheet metal part of his business but they had a 69 and later panel, I think, at one time. Also try Freisinger in Europe.

Thank you for your feedback gents. Mikey, yes the panel went in the recycle bin and that already got picked up. It's gone.

I've been suggested Manfred Freisinger twice now, and I will give a shout to Eric Linden. Restoration Design does not have it either, but has been a great help!

My dad and Manfred Freisinger were friends back in the 70s and 80s. Dad used to make fun of him for collecting all those worthless race cars.

    Thanks all,

    Jules

Thank you for the info. Dad was friends with Manfred Sr. Dad passed away, i do not know if Manfred Sr is still around, it's been at least 25 years.

Would Jim Breazele have a car he can cut the panel out of?
