    FS: @AK - 1964 Porsche 356SC Coupe - Not Mine

I used to have a bone stock '69 912 that Paul found for me and I loved it. I've always liked the 356 cars and was curious how they compared. Paul told me the SC's were really the most refined of the run and that I had to try it. I was surprised at how much power this one had and how light and nimble it was. I can now see why these cars are fun to hotrod and use on tours....tempting as this one is, it's way to nice for me

I had a Black 65 SC coupe and Harry Pellow built one of his acclaimed gold plated and styled engines (just like the front cover of his book) . The car was a joy to drive ....the only better 356 is a beehive A coupe with upgraded disc brakes, B spindles ,limited slip and a hot 912 engine to get around 130 HP rather than the stock SC engine of 95HP..
My Outlaw 56 A now lives in Long Beach and prefers the weather and lifestyle there rather than Chicago.
And Lago Green metallic was a one year color....we do miss the Beast , but in good hands.

BTW at the mileage and condition this is a steal at $100k !

I'm also surprised this car is still around.

    The price is $95k.

I think it is a great value and perfect event car for trips like the Emory Campout we just attended.
