Looking for well made screens for the lower bumper fog light holes

I've seen some nicely made screens that go over the lower fog light holes. Does someone sell these? Or I'm game to make some if some of you have a source for good quality screens. I just haven't found a source for a screen I like yet, but I've seen some nice ones on some of your cars.

There was a gent on the Bird who sold these along with screens for the horn grills. I'm pretty sure they're made from the same screen material as 914 decklid screens. Not sure if you can buy the material itself or if picking up a 914 decklid screen is the way to go. The guy on the Bird had a business but I can't remember his name for the life of me.

HomeBuiltByJeff made his own, but I'm pretty sure he mentioned the name of someone who was making them on the video I watched. I don't remember which week that was though.
