Questions re: the Oil Tank Assembly: Cup Washers & Placement

In attempting to 'stage' the Oil Tank Assembly to be certain of having all of the parts on hand, I have run into several questions. The Parts Manual Illustration is 1/6, but I can't figure out how to copy it for reference here.

First, the photo shows the two metal 'cup washers' (901.107.661.00) that came with the car, and were painted black. However, the replacement cup washers are yellow zinc. Despite my distaste for such minutia, can anyone tell me which is "correct" -- black or yellow zinc?

Second, Illustration 1/6 shows two 90 degree clips which attach the oil hose to the engine via those plastic-edged hose clips/clamps (999.511.049.02). The first clip is #901.107.357.00, and the second is #901.423.369.00. They appear very similar, but I can't find the 901.107.357.00 clip available. Any suggestions as to the difference between these two? Where to find them?

Third, there is an odd third clip which attaches the oil hose to the engine, # 901.107.355.00. This one is not a 90-degree clip, but instead has a twist. Does anyone have a source for this little beast?

Finally, there are two, clear plastic washers in the oil tank assembly. One has a raised center and the other has a recessed center (the recessed one is held in the cup washer, above). Can someone please describe how those clear plastic washers are positioned for installation?

As always, "thank you" in advance for your assistance. I hate this sort of minutia, but it must be endured, nonetheless.

I think the point of the raised center is to locate the washer concentric in the hole in the sheet metal.

Washers should be same color as the other fasteners, so if 64-66, silver, 67-, yellow. That ought to start a debate right there, which I'd welcome if there were evidence. The ones that I found on '065 were a color I call Ferric Oxide. . .

The 90 degree clips go on the M8 studs on the trans case to hold the rubber-sheathed norma clamps in place. Check the parts book for the orientation.

304065, thank you. i'll be darn ... the cup washers i pulled off the car were black. i have yellow zinc, though, so i can make that work. second, i had no idea there were studs on the case, so i will have to dig in there to look. if that's the case, great. the raised center for the clear plastic makes perfect sense. thanks for that, too.

that leaves the question of a source for the clip #901.107.355.00. can anyone help there?

the evidence suggests that JimmyT is correct, except for the "as you know." i have found that there is very little that i "know," so i always take that one with a grain of salt.

one of the 90 degree ones is available from stoddard, and i think i have found the 2nd 90 degree one in my stash of crap spares. nothing vaguely resembling #22, though.

seriously, thanks to the members who responded. this forum holds great value.

If you still need either #22 or #24 in your choice of metal, send me an e-mail.
