    looks like a lower seat belt bolt grommet for swb

    Sorry, having a hard time placing it. Do you mean the eye-bolt that anchors the lap belt at four locations? Does this part go behind the carpet?

    This is what I was thinking, but shape isn't quite right. Shoulder belt anchor, fender well and cabin. G
