    WTB: CDI Boxes

I'm always on the hunt for used Bosch CDI boxes. I offer $80 - $100 depending on physical condition. They do not need to be functional, but do need to be complete.

Hi Jim, those are not CDI (Capacitive Discharge Ignition) boxes ... they are TCI (Transistor controlled Ignition) from 924, 928, 944, etc. I'm looking for the 3-pin Bosch CDI box (Bosch 0 227 200 001) used on '69-'77 911 and 6-pin (Bosch 0 227 300 004) boxes used on the '78 onwards 911SC. Photo included.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to respond. --Bob

I have two 3-pin BOSCH CDI units that have been totally rebuilt by a specialist in Germany (test reports available) and not used since then.
PM if interested but the price will be higher than $100 :-))

    Best regards,

    Philippe

Hi Philippe, thanks but not interested. I service/repair/restore these units for my customers, so I'm just looking for rebuildable cores.
