I would put that on scales before buying - Alpina wheels are heavier than standard Prototipos

Meaning you dont think that's an original alpina?
If so, I wonder why you think so?
Click to see my momo collection --> For those interested in my steering wheel collection, feel free to have a look

I am not 100% sure therefore the scale. - Alpina wheels have a different outer structure underneath the padding.
All my Alpina wheels with the Alpina logo like that all had the pat momo on the Back.
Only the later with the printed Alpina logo I had had stacked MoMo Logo on the back.
I am not saying it's not genuine it's just that I haven't seen this combination of logos before.
Look very close at the position where prototipo would have been written - anodizing looks a bit off.
But I've also had genuine original Alpina wheels where you could see still a very faded hint of "prototipo" on the bottom spoke.
Laser engraving costs nothing and is everywhere available

Thanks Chris, I am looking for one a bit larger than 350mm.

So, still looking! Leather or wood is great, have cash and/or other items for trade.

    Thanks!

Per your original post, you're looking for old BMW wheels of all types? I have a few, but not selling the Alpina 'cause it suits my CSL perfectly...

How about a nice Neu-Klass Motolita? Horn button and hub are pretty scarce. Let me know if I should dig through my stash for more.
