1967S correct rocker panels and trim?

I have a 67S that was restored back in 1981 when values were still low so the restoration wasnt 100% correct from what i can assume..

What would these holes be for in the rocker panels? Are they for a different model year?

I have the trim pieces to install, but i have no hardwear or mounting holes on the car.
What hardware is suggested and I assume i have to drill the mounting holes?

Although the rocker panel trim (deco) is different between the 67S and normal, the holes for screws should not be. If you remove the rubber "bump" insert on either the S or the normal you will see the countersunk holes where the screws go. These would be your guide for where you will have to drill new holes, once you get the decos level and situated fore and aft. I haven't the foggiest idea what those two rather large holes are on either side in your photograph.

those rather large holes could be from a later rocker panel from the eighties maybe. holes for the strip with rubber are much smaller like the size of a sheet metal screw. Hopefully the strip will cover those big holes. Chris

for what it's worth, "raspy" and moito would appear to be correct. the SWB rocker for my car (68) were # 901.503.401.20 and did not have those holes. the rockers with the holes had a "911" part # (something like 911.503.402.xx).

    sorry for the bad news.
