    They look powdercoated.
    Are the surfaces of the screws, the flange and the centerbore also coated?

    they have been done properly......i don't like masking the lug nuts hole and than after coating the wheels look like theh've been used on car....

    in those areas they're coated thin ..... as you can image that after first use they become as masked in first place
