    911ST Bodywork Reference Documentation

I'm about to embark on my ST-inspired project and was wondering if anyone has put together a reference document for bodywork, most specifically flare shape. My metal guy is going to do a lot by hand, so any references, whether visual or technical would be greatly appreciated.

My current plan is to put together a file of photos of the original cars but it'd be great to be a bit more scientific than that.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks Chuck! I've read that thread thoroughly but it's mostly about the documentation of the original cars, where they are now, their history, etc.

I'm looking for more specific "details" of how to get properly ST shaped the flares (though I know this is subjective and flares varied widely car to car), how they connect with the lower rockers, where the flare extends in relationship to the torsion tube, the right amount of flatness at the top of the flare, measurements of flare depth from different reference points, etc.

Contact John Esposito. He has done this many times before.
