Any good links to 2.4 MFI pictures for reference?

    Hello,

Anyone have any good links to 2.4L MFI engine pictures? I am reinstalling the MFI on my car and just want to make sure everything looks properly in place. I made sure the pump is timed correctly per CMA, but want to make sure some of the small details are correct. Any good pictures or links someone would be happy to share?

    Thanks,
    Neil

I've always used the engine picture in the 73 sales brochure, even though it's a 72 engine. General placement of parts is correct. Gordon

One of the best, if not THE BEST, sales brochures produced and that single photo has been a reference for all of us!

Thanks for the pictures! They are great and that ivory is a really nice color on that decklid!

So the engines (save the fan) really were that shiny when new? I will need to get everything plated at some point, not sure why I didn't do it now...

    So couple of questions.

    1. What is the part number for vacuum hose clamp pictured at 1 o'clock of fan shroud? I searched the Porsche 911_73_katalog PDF and didn't see it on page 64 (fan shroud), nor page 87 (throttle bodies) (my due diligence.
    2. Speaking of parts catalog oddities, when I see pictures of MFI lines, it seems that the fuel lines on both sides of the pump have the clamp (911.110.333.00) but the parts guide only specifies one.
    3. On the right cylinder bank, do the spark plug wires get fed into the open spots of the injection line supports, or just loosely near them?

Any pictures of the back of the airbox and the hoses that go into it?

Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Vacuum line clamp un-obtainum. There are 2 bundling fuel line clamps, one for each 3 line sets. The plastic insulators/isolators are lined up in the clamp. Q3, yes

Actually from black (dark cast magnesium) to silver (cast aluminum) ... you would think there would be a definite answer...

    This gets you close:
