    The seller uses the word "matching or match" five times in his post. I'm not sure what's confusing, but I'd say, it a matching numbers car all the way around. Not sure why the pan is not undercoated.

    What's confusing Jim is that it doesn't have a sand cast aluminum case; CAN'T be matching numbers.

    Great eyes Frank! That's strange, why would he say, "matching" if not? And as J mentioned, at that price point, it "needs" to matching to say the least.

    The lack of undercoating on the undercarriage, and that it is body color, might just be a continuation of the error in also painting the engine compartment body color in this "100% perfect" restoration.
