Correct pre-heater hose for injection pump

I´m going to replace the outer heater hose (part no 901 110 296 00) to the injection pump on my 911 E from 1970. I believe these were brown originaly or maybe black. They are available over on the Bird, but does anyone have any testimony of these replacements? They state that they are from the OE supplier to Porsche. Do they look original??

There are two tubes, as you know The inner one is multi layered, flat black paper on the outside, then foil, then brown paper on the inside. Same tube used on many years of VW to provide fresh air to the air cleaner and behind the dash. Should be readily available. The outer tube had a hard black plastic coating and was pretty shiny when clean and new. Here is a pic of an original one on my '69S.
BTW, original sound pad in the background.

The hose I bought from the Bird was not correct - wrong size and paper outside . It would have worked for the air cleaner preheat if it was longer . I think I went to the dealer .

Speaking of, is this the correct part #, 00004320521, for the hose going between the heat exchanger and the engine tin? Basically the opposite end of the hose.

    Thanks,

My understanding is that the outer hose is now being supplied in a brown paper appearance. The black shiny plastic ones are NLA. If you want the correct shiny appearance I'm not sure where to get those as new.

As an aside, I see some installations where both sleeves are enclosed by the 2 hose clamps, and some where just the inner sleeve is enclosed and the outer sleeve is floating. I personally prefer the latter as it looks cleaner and doesn't have any effect on function. Not sure what's correct though.

Pretty sure the inner hose is the only one with a clamp. My '69S has been parked since 1974, and that is how it is.

Only the inner hose gets clamped . My memory and my '73 with 3,000 miles confirm this . And TEC69E , your coil bracket should not have a sticker , only later cars - late '70's . Also the air cleaner housing Shell sticker is for a '73 , you can by the all yellow earlier sticker from the registry store I believe . Hope it runs as well as it looks .

Makes sense as the inner is a longer hose than the outer
