WTB: Excellent or NOS dash, door tops, and knee bolsters

    Hi, All -

The title says is all - I am seeking these parts for a restoration and am not all that happy with the parts that came with the car. Let me know what you have, thanks!

    Year of your car?

Oops, thank you for that clarification request: it's a June of '73 car.

    Here's a NOS dash:

Impossible to find NOS part. And the others will be even harder. Best of luck on your search.

Yeah, I remember seeing that. Do you have any experience with dashes from Porsche?

The Porsche dashes are terrible. The best ones come from Lakewell in Europe but you have to be careful with their quality control.

    I appreciate the plug John.

None of the aftermarket dashs compare to original. Period.
I wish it wasn't so. The desert environment may preserve the metal on our AZ cars but dashboards were always the first casualty. Every restoration needs one.

Funny: 25 years ago I hesitantly purchased a damaged new dash from Performance Products for my 71S. Apparently the box had been squeezed and it had a very, very slight kink on the left end.

I still have it because my 71 still needs it. I believe it was 100 bucks.
