Touching up a frosted Harvey wheel...

My frosted Fuchs need a little better cleaning... The finish is mat which seems to let dirt and grease adhere and penetrate more... Any advice on how to clean the RSR finish best without damage ?

Also, talking about damage, despite my best efforts the tire shop chipped the finish on one petal, no gouge, just a small paint chip... Any tips of a good match for that frosted finish or is this a trade secret ? ;-) If so, anyone knows if Harvey sells touch up ?
    Greg.

Thanks, I did, the man is generally very busy and slow to respond to email, so I was wondering if anyone else knew. I cannot be the only frosted RSR owner in need of a touchup or cleanup advice ;-)

I've always used vaseline, apply and wipe off. The frosted is rough anodized, tough to match.
