1967S side moulding location and hardware?

Looking to install the correct trim on my 67S.
The car was restored in 1981 and never had the trim fitted.
I have the new trim piece.

I am looking for the measurement for the correct location of the side trim and the correct type of hardware to use?

    start here:

Google has a very nice search engine that will search this site with great detail:

    Type in :
    site:early911sregistry.org correct pliers 68S - Google search

replace the subject "correct pliers 68S" with the topic you would like to see. Let me know if this still works.

The search as posted will help greatly.
Also believe this trim comes with the correct locations for attachment.
I just attached new S trim and found the trim had the correct locations for attachment to body.
Remember the rubber trim covers the body attachments and should be trimmed at ends at proper angle.
Do not cut until you have test fit for length of the rubber.
You only get one try at this....good luck

would like to add that my car has no holes in the rockers for screws. It is a blank canvas, hence im trying to see what screws to use and how low do i mount the strip below the door.
