    WTB: 68 rear view mirror

    Looking for a good condition 68 rear view mirror, click in type.

    I have the stalk, anyone have any luck popping on a new mirror?

    I had good luck---stalk was apart from the mirror. So I layed the mirror on a flat surface face down and took a heat gun and got the ball at the end of the stalk hot and pressed it down on the mirror with some force and it got the plastic ring on the mirror soft enough for the stalk to snap on. Lucky it did not break the glass. Chris

    not break or detache the day-nite mechanism is the more tricky part of this operation
