    Bosch H1 headlights - fully restored

    I have restored a couple of headlights that I had boxed up years ago.
    Putting them up for sale now the time has come to finance my engine and gearbox build.
    This is a fully restored set of H1’s

    Reflectors have been blasted, coated and resilvered by a specialized company in germany. I have painted the back of the main reflector with matched to order green metallic paint that is close to the original early H1 finish.
    The buckets have been blasted and zinc coated. Connector re-attached with a new brass rivet.
    Rings re-chromed, screws re-chromed.
    New Bosch H1 lenses (script inside)
    New Hella lens rubbers
    Clips re-zinced
    New osram H1 lamps will be put in the package
