    What wire is this?

    Guys this wire was tucked in the harness under dash right below the steering wheel.
    What does it connect to ?
    This is a 73.5 T

    I have the same one. I think its a spare for something
    1968 911L Coupe - Golden Green
    1971 911S Coupe - Gemini Blue
    1973 911S Targa - Signal Yellow
    1974 914 2.3 - Sunflower Yellow

    I believe this is the wire that plugs into the coiled wire that is attached to the bottom of the seat. All of this is for the safety feature that included the buzzer for the fasten seat belt light....had the same question for the Master Jedi 911 mechanic...better known as Mr. Mayo...

    BTW- Be glad that the wire cover is in such good shape... most of'm I've seen (like mine) are fried....

    My coiled end that runs along the DS longitudinal is fried , the PS side is good.
    Anyone know where to buy or who makes these ?
