    Rear view mirror...what year/model do I have?

Restoring my 66' and I need to get the proper rear view mirror. The question I have is what year/model is the one I have? When I search the part#901 731 131 21 the only results come from a Pelican ad stating it is a 67S mirror. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...ew-mirror.html . Anyhow, if anyone knows what I have, please let me know.

Also, if you have correct 66' mirror in xlnt condition, let me know. Thanks

Please take a picture of the back of the mirror where it attaches to the stalk.
A word to the wise: Ignore all the PMs you are getting wanting to buy your mirror.

    Regards

    Jim
PS: It sure looks like a "67S mirror to me

You have the latest version of 67 mirror. It is often referred to as a "67S Mirror" but it actually came on all late production 67 Porsches 911, 911S and 912. Your 66 mirror would be a thinner stalk and a chrome mirror. I've taken a picture of a 66 mirror from my remaining collection of junk
