    I got very close to buying that car. I would be cautious. There is rust in the parcel shelf and in the engine fire wall. There was also a previous rust repair done down the entire back of the rear seats. The bottoms were replaced with fiberglass instead of metal. There is also rust on the passenger side front fender.

    The car has been painted many times over and is nowhere close to original.

    I have many pics of that car and could have bought at $85k. Fortunately, I caught the rust.

    I couldn’t agree more! Have owned my original Six for more than 25 years now and absolutely love the 3.2 motor transplant I had done back in 2002! Of course I still have my original matching #’s motor tucked away safely in a sealed crate.
