    Er ahh I think they're are a few non original orifices in your tank there chief ! B

    BTW: Bottom side bladder plate is a bad idea. Just begging for a leak.

    that hole was made in that part to remove the bladder for inspection, remember it is a tank over 40 years old, it seals perfectly and has no leaks. It was done there because once mounted it can not be seen.

    Most of Puerto Rico has light, thank you for your good wishes
