I happen to have an NOS 3.3 head!
I'll poke around for a barrel but assuming someone will answer your call quickly.
I have a pile of stock 97mm 3.3L barrels ... 98mm is not stock but can be made from a 97.
What are you actually looking for? Height group? CE ring or non-CE ring?
