Mike and I have spoken on the phone and you know how you get a mental image of someone after you speak with them?

I was horrfied that my instincts were so far off.

Can't watch any of them; they bore me to tears.

What I would watch is Car Jeopardy.

"I'll take Collector Car Hooligans for $500."

Alex: The answer is... "Bristol Stool Chart".

"What system should be used to evaluate most auction cars?"

    REALITY OR REALITY ??
Im a plumber by trade 40 odd yrs now and a mate of mine asked if I would like to try my hand at lead wiping on his 64 190 Merc fender.
I did eventually get the hang of it,,, keep it clean keep it clean.
Watching him at it was a different kettle of fish though but it would make for rather dull TV viewing, Time line it perhaps may work.
The bottom line is that these TV reality shows are about viewer ratings and advertising. They are not designed nor were they for educational purposes.
    They are not REALITY.
Id rather watch alligator eggs hatching in real time on Nat G

I just gotta say I hear and agree w/ almost every 1 here.............but! some of these shows actually allow us , the viewer, to see how metal is shaped, shrunk, how things are welded etc etc........sure its condensed into an hr or so...but there are some things to see that most of us never do.
