    66-67 SWF Washer Bottle/ Top

    From my collection. Clearing off my shelves...

    Very nice Original SWF washer bottle with top and mesh pickup. No holes and solid. Has a slight red tint and can be cleaned better. Go for original parts always on your car.

    there is a thread about discolored plastic cleaning arround here
    if i remember right some chlorine chemicals are involved..always wanted but never tried ....still doubt it works till i see it

    I too am interested in the source of this red stain. My tanks have it too, and nothing I have tried, including pure chlorine removes it completely. It seems the stain is through the plastic, not just on the surfaces. Thus, it is as if there is a chemical change in the plastic itself. But if so, why is the staining not uniform? Any chemists with plastics specialty out there?
