How to repair al door supports

My 8/71 has the first door supports. The driver side doesn't stay in position for some weeks.
I would like to fix it, but haven't seen a post about fixing here.

I meant that they have never been replaced.
    Better say: The original ones?

on the right side, the ones that had been mounted so far
