FS: Heat/Air Dash Control Unit '72-'73

Found another one of these. Nice condition Heat/Air control dash unit for '72-'73 911's, could also be used for 914's I think. Hard part to find that is not all rusted, chrome trim and faceplate are excellent. Price is $175 shipped in the USA.

I was asked about the cutoff point for this version for '72, I found #0026 has the earlier version ( no instructions on the face) and #0287 has this version with the instructions on the face. Anyone else have any more exact info?

    Mike,

In response to your request for input...Afaik Row 911 doesn't have written instruction on heater control (nor similar labelling other controls) even to end of the 73 model year -- so the one shown is a USA part. I have no knowledge of when the wording got applied on heater controls for USA market models but you need to take into consideration the country market if looking to accurately pinpoint vin for the USA switch.
