    Sunroof Switch Wiring Questions

Installing my sunroof switch with a home made harness.
I feel dumb having to ask, but rather ask for help than
    have regrets for cooking something.
    How do the wires attach?
3 wires exit the sunroof motor, 2 power + ground
    There are 4 switch connections,
I know one wire is forward and one is back, does each of those have a ground too, ?
seems so simple, but I'm doubting myself.
    Can someone please help.
    Thanks!
    Peter
