66 sunroof coupe. Whats it worth?

Not sure where market is on these things.
Looking at a complete 1966 sunroof coupe. Project.
Documented owner history. Fairly solid body. Minimal to no rust. Stored inside.

What is a rolling project worth on the low side and on the high side?
I am think about restoring it.

All matching 100K and maybe 125K if good color.
SWB Sunroofs are rare. Check the Kardex to make sure.
I've seen many retrofitted with SR's

You don't mean $125k for a 66 sunroof restored, do you? I'll take several at that price.
