    Throttle and heater lever 1972

While searching for the correct heater parts for my viperngreen diva, which came without any heating parts at all I found

a thread about MY 72 shifter color http://www.early911sregistry.org/for...ferrerid=29735

but missed a discussion about color and knobs of throttle and heater levers on early MY72.

my German '72 T-V #625 originally came with black levers for throttle, heater and shifter

my US '72 T #285 originally came with a chrome shift lever, but the handbrake assembly was replaced. The replacement has chrome levers and round knobs, which should be correct for earlier US or ROW cars, or?

Shouldn´t the levers be black and the knobs trapezoidal like the 73 version?

Please add if your car is US, D, EU, AUS,....

My question aims on early MY72 US,but all informations are welcome.

The earliest 8/71 dated MY 72 US manual shows black levers and round knobs.

My January 1972 911S (518) has black levers and trapezoidal knobs. They have never been out of the car. The car was first sold in Florida.

To my actual knowledge the lever knobs with script were introduced with the seat belt warning.

My US delivered 72T has chrome levers with a round black throttle knob and a red oval heater knob. No script on either.
