How Many 73 MFI cars were made?

    I found a early 1973 911T w/MFI Built date Jan 30, 1973.
I understand that this was a split year and CSI followed the MFI during the 73' production.
Where would I find out how many 73' MFI cars were made?
Along with the above can that number be broken down into coupe or cab, color, and or options?

    Thanks B

    Not enough.

I like easy an Sunday quiz.

More seriously tho, if your's is a US car you have one of the last of T with MFI. Billie basic searching shows Jan 73 being the last for MFI for the T for the US market. ((bound to be corrected))

As we know MFI kept being put in the RS including the Carrera RS 3.0 in 74.

You could scour the available sites for VIN Decoder"s and do a count,, US cars Euro and ROW,, vIN engine # etc.

Until I win the Lottery ,, I just dont have the time to answer this one B,

but Im sure a possible "Gold Wrapper" chocolate eater on the forum may know

Too many! Had to say it!

I've had my 73.5 for 30 years and still loving every second. So, I'm going to make an observation with completely flawed statistical research. From what I've noticed, I see far more long time 73.5 owners than 73T MFI owners. If that is true, I'm going to attribute it to just how nicely they run, how well they stay in tune, and how Peter Zimmerman was right!

I've had my '72 for 25 years. But then again, the '72 is better than either '73 or '73.5. Ha, had to say it!
