meaning of a few words on Kardex

Sorry if my search missed the answers, but my '68 Kardex looks a bit different than the ones I came across.

Here's the terms I'm looking to understand with my specific info in brackets.

    Ausgel.am [26.1.68]
    Abnahme-Besch. [12.4.68]

    KD-Heft-Nr. [3842]
    Wagenauslieferung [7433]

Perhaps the first one is a production start or order date, and the second a completion or ship date?

No clue what the third one is. The last one means "car delivery" so maybe this is a code for the dealer receiving the car, which is also listed as the "handler"?

I finally realized the Kardex contains key codes, so that was helpful.

Also the options portion says "schlummerrollen K'leder", which I think are headrests?

    Thanks for the help.

    Ausgel.am Ausgeliefert am Delivery date
Abnahme-Besch. Abnahme Bescheinigung Certification of inspection
KD Heft Kundendienst-Zusatzheft Customer service book number
    Wagenauslieferung car delivery

The first is really associated with the date of invoice to the dealer
The second is usually taken as the delivery date to the customer, the day warranty period begins.
These are generally weeks after the actual completion of the car on the assembly line.
