    Linking to an image from a recent ad on Pelican. Note that the top one appears faded, the lower one is still green.

    Top of the clamshell is angled away from the lense. Being those decals are reflective I believe that what you are seeing is a different angle of light and not fully indicative of the true color. Plus the top decals get move UV in the wild. I've seen differences like that before on the same car.

    Arne, that is absolutely definitive, in my opinion. On my car, both triangles look like the top. Obviously, they have faded, and it is completely reasonable to replace the faced originals with new stickers (not decals) in a car coming off a full restoration. Thanks for the follow-up.

    I have a set of the early ones that were made by Carbone, I bought them for my 914-6 but never installed them and car is gone. Who needs a set, they are yours just PayPal $5 to cover shipping. Same as these here:

    Interesting thread. Which countries had these stickers? From what I have seen, they were not on UK cars.
