Can’t have your cake and eat it too.
And just like the old times,, I will give you 72.5 k for the car with the NOS dash fitted Frank.

That's full asking price, NO obo, ( to allow for your dash fitting costs ) very fair.

    ""ALERT ""

To put some extra 'fat' in it for you,, I will even throw in the Lakewell dash.

I hear you all. The values of long hoods have been quite soft and I wish I bought now than 4 yrs ago. But all is well. I'm still looking for a dash in decent fettle.

Now there is a word I have not seen in a long time.

    Love it.

As previously posted by someone,,, Santa may come..

Oh and just to add,,, better to have bought than to have never bought at all.
Prices go up and prices go down but you cannot put a price on the pleasure,

I’m curious as to why you don’t like your Lakewell dash? My car has been looking for an excellent original dash for about 30 years....
I’m thinking of breaking down and buying. Repop since Frank wouldn’t accept my kidney as a down payment

I’ve got the Porsche Classic dash for my 1973, for under $1k negoatiated from its $1695 retail, plus free shipping to your local Porsche dealer - that can’t be beat, and the pattern would only hate the purists, while I hated the cracks of obsolecence strategy that were designed into the factory built foam. Just installed the Porsche Classic sun visors too, $124 each, and they match the old ones which too lost their foam structure from heat.
