    902.613.623.90 rear fog light switch?

So I think this is a hazard switch except that it has a clear bezel. Anyhow, the switch is the one you will be getting. $150 shipped in the US.

Because of the 4+1 versus 6+1 terminals, I believe that this is 902.613.623.90, Switch, rear fog light.
