WTB: 906 Carrera 6 Magnesium UPPER Valve Covers, or Complete Set if Available

Hoping someone on this board can assist in helping me to complete a 906 engine.

I'm particularly looking for a pair of 'Upper" 906 / Carrera 6 Magnesium Valve Covers.

Note the larger size and design of the spark-plug 'port holes'. Note the missing "Porsche" raised lettering in the valve cover casting, nothing like the street parts.

Six bolts and Yes, these leak oil too...

Here is a nice photo of a 906 motor, from the Collier Museum...

Not counting the 906 upper valve covers, the 906 Mag Crankcase and the 906 Mag Alternator, I have the entire 906 race race engine.

Starting at the motor mount and all the way through to the flywheel and clutch disc.

ALL OEM factory racing components; 906 crankshaft, 906 chamfered bearings, 906 Ti Con Rods, 906 Center-Lube Camshafts, 906 Chain-Boxes, 906 Twin-Plug race heads, etc., etc.

    Several parts are NOS too.

I have settled and giving up on ever sourcing the 906 Mag Crankcase, and 906 Mag Alternator, but I'm certainly NOT GIVING UP on finding the UPPER 906 Mag Valve Covers, a a more realistic goal.

    Missing the 906 Mag Crankcase,

Missing the lightweight 906 Mag Alternator

Recently, I found and purchased the 906 Mag Lower Valve Covers

and a NOS 906 Front Mag Motor Mount. All very cool pieces indeed.

Here is something I thought I would never find, the complete 906 exhaust system. Very elusive pieces, and unique to the 906 model also.

Perhaps a member of this board knows someone that may have these parts stashed away somewhere.

Any leads are welcome for a very worthwhile cause. Please be sure and email me directly at AJSERRANO at MSN dot COM. Thank you.
