    Quarter Glass seal where is it located?

    I finished replacing the glass seals. Its time to install, but where and how do I install this small strip of rubber?

    Great Pictures, It looks like most of the pictures show a fabric or weaved material.
    What is the purpose of this seal?
    The top photo shows what looks to be the same seal I'm attempting to install.
    Is this seal located under the forward lip of the quarter glass seal?
