I am in a dead end with Moonclerk. The email address I provided in my application online does not work because the link request to manage the plan takes longer than 15 mins to be delivered to my inbox, by which time the link has expired. In my most recent attempt the link returned in 26 mins. I have been trying to get the Registry to change to the email on record in my registry account but to no avail. I am not sure why but I receive google mail without delay. So until someone changes the email address in my application database I am unable to access the plan.

I have already paid so no biggy but this is annoying me. Moonclerk says they cant intervene but this should be simple for tech support.
