Genuine SWB ‘65-‘67 Tool Kit Bag - Very nice!

Genuine SWB smooth vinyl tool kit bag with clasps. This has been in storage since the late sixties and shows very little sign of wear.
All stitching is original & perfectly intact
Only fault on the outer vinyl is a small V-shaped nick, as pictured, almost exactly between the clasps.
The clasps have been cleaned by not polished - and possess an authentic patina in keeping with their age - no rust at all.
Inside is clean, but has brown stains from where the original fan belt was left loose inside the kit for 4 decades. Adds to the authenticity. Grey dome fastener is perfect.
Not for the concours crowd, but an ideal match for an original SWB 911 - possessing a genuine quality that can’t be replicated by a reproduction bag.

$110 + shipping from CA92626. SOLD, BAG IS OFF TO NORWAY! THANKS ESR!

Looks like a parts book from PORSCHE. Not sure if there are more than one edition? I got one from GAUDIN Porsche in Las Vegas, NV. It’s one of the new state of the art PORSCHE restoration facilities. The parts man gave it to me gratis. It might also be fore sale online too. .......cliff

The Porsche Classics team were giving away Edition 2 at Luftgekhult 5. We later went to the Porsche Dealership in South Bay and the parts guy gave us Edition 1 (pictured). Edition 3 is now out so I am planning to call in when I visit LA next week and collect one. Nicely illustrated and some interesting articles and news.
NOW ... Back to the tool bag!
