    1970 door handle trigger piece

    Hi,

Probably not the easiest part to find. This is the part of the 1970 only outer door handle, with the large block on the bottom what is different to the 71/72 handles. Anyone?

    Kind regards,

    Cees

    70 door handle part

    Thanks Clyde,

Yes, it has a double V shaped wedge at the top that slides into the cylinder housing. Same as the 71/72 type and after that they had the claw type version.

    Kind regards,

    Cees

    got it!

Received the part and mounted, all good. I have used a dab of epoxy for extra security. These V shaped wedges are so thin that a little more meat will keep them in the slot.
    Thanks Clyde!
