Marchal rally lights NOS set of 4

Set of 4 Marchal 'Fantastic' rally / race lights. Two 660/760 fogs, two 662/762 long range spots. NOS originals, not reproduction. Rare H1 bulb option. Exactly period correct for 1965-1969. Marchal stopped production of these in '69. H1 bulbs were offered as an option starting in late 1964. Most Marchals use ba21s globe style bulbs. H1 Quartz Iode bulbs are still made today and easy to source in 55, 100, and 130 wattages. These 4 lights come with 12v 55w H1 bulbs. Lights have never been on a car, as close to perfect as you could ever find, 50 years old. Again, not reproduction, it is easy to tell repros. These have chromed steel housing and bezel. FYI - Marchal also offered black painted housings or polished stainless steel housing and bezel.
All 4 lights in superb preserved condition, no dent or dings, not even in the trim pieces at 12 o'clock. Factory chrome, perfect glass, original wiring and all mounting bolt hardware. silvered reflectors are as new, these will perform equal to any modern light. You will not find another complete set of these period-correct lights offered by anyone else. I have collected Marchal for 15 years, questions welcomed. $1100 shipped from New York, within the USA only please. 831 594 9980 see you at the Rennsport Reunion in Monterey......

Do you mean that these lights are only made between '64 and '69 ?
What's the difference between these originals and reproduction lights ?
Can you post pictures of the inside of these?
What's the difference between the 660 and 660/760 fog lights ?

Pergan, great questions. Yes Fantastics with the H1 bulb option were only made between 1964-69. Fantastics with the ba21s bulb were made between 1955-69. Reproduction lights are exactly that, reproduction, Made in China, not France. Incorrect finishes on hardware, totally different internal wiring and bulb holders.
The original 660 lens from 1955 was very similar to the 640,630,620 lenses that Marchal produced after the war. The 660/760 lens is an update from the 1960s which was the result of more study of light dispersal and facets in glass and results in a better light pattern for cornering lights.
The 662 spot light lens was renamed 662/762 but the design stayed the same since it was basically clear glass!
Hopefully my pictures uploaded, one show the H1 bulb holder, which was a complicated affair of a ring which holds the bulb in place. The ring is held in place by two pivoting 'wings'.
