    Road to Rennsport September 27th

Hello Early S members: This is an invitation to apply for registration to the 2nd Road to Rennsport Tour. Open to ALL models and ALL years Porsche, This will be a fun drive starting from a So Cal location starting on the morning of September 27th. Yes, we know that RRV starts that morning , but we estimate the majority of people will be seeing the same cars at the track every day . So combine some personal driving fun before enjoying the track events for "only" 3 days

On Thursday morning, the 27th, back roads await us till we end up at Buttonwillow Raceway. The entrants will be separated into groups for the controlled track tours. Those of you that have enjoyed the Targa California track tours already know how much fun this is. A catered lunch will be provided

After lunch, more back roads to end up at Laguna Seca for a welcome reception and prizes, in the late afternoon.
This event will be sanctioned by NASA and each car must have a NASA member on board. We will inform those accepted on the membership details. Of course if you are already a current member of NASA, then no need to join again.

This is a fun tour, not a driving competition, and NOT a speed contest !

Since this is a PORSCHE ONLY tour, we would like to see what you would like to bring to the party. So your request to us must include a picture of your car. Our sponsors will review your requests and allow me to forward you a registration form. We don't care if your Porsche is Show Quality or Rat Rod, old or new. From the earliest 356, specials to the newest Macan; all are welcome to apply. The sponsors will go through and choose variations on every year and model
The earlier requests will be given top consideration.

Projected cost will be $250 per car which will include

Entry swag bag with Tour book and other event goodies
Beverages and refreshments at the starting location
Special event decals (low adhesive stickers that can be left installed (or removed) with ease)
Catered lunch at Buttonwillow for two
Reception at Weathertech Raceway at Laguna Seca with special parking pass

Entries are limited in number of cars (already a 1/3 full as of this morning ! ). Before we officially announce this event to other groups and the world, we . Please e mail me your request / pictures, and questions, as soon as possible to targacalifornia@gmail.com
After we receive the requests , we will forward them to our sponsor judging committee and respond as soon as they are reviewed and private registration is open for those accepted

NOTE: This is NOT admission to the Rennsport Reunion. We are NOT affiliated with Porsche or any other organization involved with the Rennsport Reunion V. You are responsible for your own admission tickets, lodging, meals, etc beyond what we will be including in our list above
