    1968 2.0 Engine Aluminum Case

I’m no expert but a few months ago came across this engine and picked it up.

Paid somewhat of a premium so asking not much over what I have in her. Was gonna build a hotrod with but selling to fund my first 964

The engine is the preferred aluminum case engine and has the smog pump pulley.

Engine shroud, headers, and maybe a few other misc parts.

Asking 11k but need cash. I know these aluminum cases are few and far between or being horded by.....if you know then you know what it is and isn’t.

Turns over. Unknown why it was sitting in a garage or removed.

Pics below are the only ones I have at the moment. Engine is located up north at a reputable shop. On a pallet and can ship anywhere at buyers expense.

Might trade for 964 parts (period sport seats), Recaro RSA parts and RSA seats, 964 cups, 964 aftermarket exhaust, 16x 7/8/9 Fuchs and or 17s/18s for the 964. Plus cash of course. Or maybe other interesting trades plus cash. Cash is king though. I’ve done my research, talked to the “experts” and seen other prices for just the case other complete aluminum case engines. And I aware that it will take the right buyer who needs this engine engine. Think 11k or close plus helping out with trading/cash is fair. PM or email at travispaulweiss@gmail.com for questions and I’ll do my best to get you an answer.
