    Forged or cast rocker arms??

How do I tell if the rocker arms are forged or cast? I have a set of these and what would be a fair price with or without shafts?

Also have a layshaft from a 2.2 E that I would like to know a fair price for also. Needs cleaned and polish bearing surfaces. Aluminum gear surfaces look really good but needs cleaned.

Hello Steve , The rocker arm in the pic is cast . I think I paid $250.00 for the last set I bought with lousy shafts . I'll buy the shafts if they are decent . I'm clueless about intermediate shaft prices .
