I had a claim with Hagerty 6-8 years ago. Damage was about $10-12,000. They took care of everything smoothly. We're still together and I do not remember any rate change.

My experience is the same as Tom's. I had a $4500.00 claim. It was handled swiftly and very professionally. No change in rates, either.
It was a few years ago and I am still a client of Hagerty today.

I have had numerous policies, on numerous cars with Hagerty over the years and filed 1 (one) claim for a significant $ amount.
It was handled promptly, efficiently and professionally.
No rate change. Great customer service for adding and or dropping different cars.
A side note - Lloyds of London was their "reinsurer" ? (if that is the correct term) on my claim.

I dropped JC Taylor when they forced me to lower the stated value of my 356B cabriolet from $30K to $27.5K because they paid $2500 to repair a door hit by a deer. Rediculous.
