    Visited Alan's shop a few months ago-that little Lola is an amazing car with incredible history. The fact that Alan kept it all these years is nearly unheard of for an old race car.

    true......it says alot about him that he indeed did keep her

    I have fallen in love w/ the styling...

    ...its got gt40, lola, prototype racer and even some Porsche...904 ish?

    what is his shop like?..what do they do?

    I love the little Lola as well. Alan has a replica of his original multiple race winning Cobra at his shop along with tons of original memorabilia from the period(original Shelby team items, etc). A few other cars as well. I think he maintains his collection and also does work on cars that belong to other folks.
