What's the correct window frames for a -'68?

    Hi All!

So iīm restoring a 911 from 1968 and getting into the re-assembly period =).
The car was a wreck when i started and a lot of parts were missing.

So now to my question. Iīve been told that the -68 should have a one year only window frame with vent window and in some kind of anodized aluminum. So thatsīs what iīve been searching for. Now i ran into another restorer who firmly belives that it should be the same in crome between 65-68.

    Does anybody know for sure?

    Regards
    Joakim

Run away from the second restorer...! The frame is one year only. The aluminium is the surrounding frame. All the SWB vents are chrome plated brass.
I think a good way to tell is to look at the vertical wing end piece. The 68 version is one piece, no screws in the end section.

I have a set of the anodized door trim pieces, from a '68. These go outside on top of the door shell. Sorry, I already sold the window frames. If you need these......???? They are good condition, not NOS.
